Zion Cyclery has always put the customer 1st. Their staff of professionals are knowledgeable in all areas of biking from e-bikes, MTB's, Fat Tire Bikes Road Bikes etc. They provide a quick service that allows one to get back on his/her bike either same day or shortly after receiving the part. If they don't have what your are looking for they will order it for you. Highly recommend ZC for all your bicycle and bicycle accessory needs.

1. The service department has always been attentive, communicative, and helpful. Yesterday (Saturday near closing time) two mechanics gave my unique (to me and them) cassette problem their immediate attention. Between them they figured out and fixed the problem right then and there. They could have easily written up a service ticket and said "we'll call you during the week." This is representative of the other help I've received from the service department.
2. There are a decent amount of parts and items in stock, not just bikes.
3. The store hours are long enough that I can come by after work for last minute needs.
