I brought my bike in for minor tune-up and some gear issues. Tech pit it on rack and did a quick check overall and saw a few things that needed attention. Later he called suggesting replacement of pedals. Very thorough job.

From the moment you step into the door, you feel like family. Everyone said good Morning and how can I help you. Dewayne was making himself a cup of coffee and stopped to get my information. Then proceeds to go get my new bike. Gen 2 Trek Procaliber 9.6 Neco did paperwork and went over the bike front to back. Super knowledge team there!!
This is the only bike shop I purchase my bicycle from since 1980. Both parts, maintance or full blown bikes They have my TREK Y33 still hanging over the service center.
This is a great store with an excellent staff. Really enjoyed working with one of the owners, KC, on a bike fitting. Highly recommended even for non-Trek bikes. Great service department as well.
