I had mentioned to him that I used to get to George's Cyclery in Libertyville. I am not exaggerating when I told him in a 12-month span I had 10 flats ... with several of those flats with not even 100 miles on them. So I gave Zion Cyclery a try out of frustration and this was my first flat in 18 months ... and this one was my fault cuz I was lazy and did not have my tires inflated properly.

Great sevice
Always super helpful. Never pushy with sales, just answers questions and makes great suggestions. Have gone in multiple times with my mind made up with the wrong info and left with a better fit for my needs just from being asked questions that were genuinely listen to and answered.
The best products, the best service
Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I was able to work with two different associates, one when I ordered and one when I picked up the vehicle and accessories. Both were equally great! They were able to locate a bike within my needs and price point and they were able to answer all my questions and assist with my needs. The bike also rides great so far and I am excited for a chance to get it out on some trails in the near future!

Very friendly service. Speedy, professional and helpful. Got quick service for bike fixes and also good recommendation for age appropriate and height appropriate bike for my 1st grader.
Dropped off our Trek bikes to have them serviced. It was convenient that they had our purchase and history still in the computer. They were able to identify on the spot the areas of the bike that needed repair, and, despite the busy time of the year, we only waited a week to have it fixed. The bike works like brand new.

Damien and Casey were great to deal with. You had the products in stock, I was able to test ride the two bikes I was trying to decide between. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for anything more.
