The personal attention and service is outstanding. I appreciate that when I walk in, someone immediately stops what they’re doing and greets me and asks how they can help. The owner took the time to be sure my bike was fitted perfectly to me and then said I could come back to make adjustments after I rode for a while. They knew I was prepping for a big race and made sure that my bike and I were prepared for the ride. I now drive past other bike shops to go to Zion because of this!
