The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to make sure you are taken care of. Just bought bar tape and new tires and was able to have them installed while I was there. Only reason for a 9 is because I spent $140 on tires and had to pay an additional $15 each tire to have them installed. It would be appreciated as a customer to have had them installed when purchasing them in the store; right? Otherwise, always 100% satisfied with Zion Cycery.
