Service and repair department is much improved. The person who used to be "in charge" seems to have left. He was most unpleasant. The new person is great.

They’ve always been very professional and friendly and actually know what there doing. They normally always provide great service and fix the bikes very well and make them almost feel new again. If they do ever make a mistake they do a fantastic job of making sure they get it right. They are serious and actually care about doing a good job and they’ve always been friendly and just top knotch service. I hope Zion Cyclery doesn’t go away as there the best shop around. It’s so hard to find great bike shops that know what they’re doing and are knowledgeable and actually fix and take care of the bikes and have this good of service. I have nowhere else to go so this shop is amazing and I really hope it stays around for a while yet. 10/10 great place, employees and service.

Very friendly and experienced staff. They took their time with me in my purchase to explain the bike and accessories. Recently went back, because of operator error, me. Bike is fine, computer needed to be re programmed and explained to me again 😁.
