Nikko took ALL the time I needed to answer ALL my questions about an e-bike and perfectly explained the differences in them and yes, I bought one! It's awesome! I rode it about 24 miles today and runs awesome. Nikko set it up all up with a nice new, softer seat as well. Techs in the store were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions concerning the bike I was interested in buying. Very organized and clean store. Store associate was very helpful in the purchase of the bike I came in looking for. I informed the associate that this was my first MTB and that bike components are not very familiar to me. The associate was very helpful and not condescending at all and helped me understand all the important aspects/features of my new bike. I also test rode the bike before purchasing and the associate went above and beyond in that as well, with filling the tires and adjusting the seat. The associate broke down the specs to me as I was wary in the purchase of such an expensive bike. Everything was smooth and efficient. Definitely a store I would return to in the future if I needed tips for my new MTB.
