I ended up with a flat tire while biking Des Plaines River / Skokie Valley Trail. Maintenance team did some quick maintenance and fixed my tire and got me back out.

Fantastic selection, outstanding customer service, flexibility for ordering parts that aren't in stock, almost zero sales pressure, and just great vibes overall. Utter badassery all while being consummate professionals; couldn't ask for more.
The people made the difference and guided my buying choice. I went into the local TREk store and they educated me on what I should be getting based on my needs.
I looked at other options, but the service and people helped me make my decision.
When we picked up the bikes, the staff offered options for accessories and assembled everything for us. During the fitting we were corrected on older ideas that have been corrected over the years.
