My only feedback would be (and not sure if this even works from a business perspective… as I know zero about running a business like yours). Would be if there might be an opportunity for you to buy/resell used bikes. For example, I have 3T that I might be willing to sell to upgrade to a higher price Trek road bike … IF you had a program to make that easy for me.. thought being that I would be willing to (effectively) pay you to do this as you could make money on both the (eventual) sale of my bike and the new bike too.

Trek of Highland Park went above and beyond during a recent warranty claim, getting my bike repaired in a timely manner. Torsten and the crew were very professional. After the service work Corey had me scheduled for a bike fitting to complete the experience and get me to a dialed fit.
