I had a great experience at the HP Trek store this past weekend. My bike had a mechanical issue which was addressed very quickly while I waited. The mechanic was knowledgeable of the bike (which wasn't a Trek) and options for a fix.

I am extremely satisfied with my many visits to Highland Park Trek. Their sales staff and techs/mechanics are amazing, extremely knowledgeable and highly qualified bicycle sales and techs/mechanics, not to mention pleasant. For the last 2-3 years, I had been searching for a Lake County based bicycle store with knowledgeable staff and qualified bicycle techs/mechanics. I had been to at least 4-5 shops that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I have been an HP Trek customer for the last year and am in the process of purchasing my 3rd bicycle from them, a custom-built gravel bike. In addition, I have also purchased 2-carbon wheel sets and many accessories. HP Trek currently services all my bicycles, soon to be 5, and all related maintenance. So happy that I walked into this store 1 year ago to purchase a pair of bicycle shoes. I can't say enough about the Team and my experiences!!!
