Sam in the service department was fantastic! I needed a new front wheel and two tires. Sam made recommendations and replaced the wheel, tubes and tires while I waited. He also trued the rear wheel. Sam is very knowledgeable, skillful and patient, answering all my questions.

Incredible service! We came in and needed Bikes for our four kids, and they were able to size them, find us many different options to fit different price points, and did the safety check and minimal additions of components right there on the spot!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They helped me choose the perfect bike for my needs and were very patient in answering all of my questions. I felt like they really cared about me. The store has a great selection of bikes and accessories at different price points. I would not buy a bike anywhere else.
