Very friendly “down home” personalized service
On service specifically, Nikko was awesome. He helped me find the right bike for what I was trying to accomplish. Took me through all the different options and answered all my questions. After I chose a Trek MTB he took the time to walk me through all the features and recommended maintenance on the bike. Really just a great experience start to finish. I'll be going back for any other purchases in the future simply for the customer service. The fact the bikes are cool helps too lol

Needed to take a kids bike in for some repairs. Open on Sunday really helped. Open later on weekdays (after work) for pickup really helped. Nice people. Did good work. Wasn't crazy expensive.

I did a Retul bike fit with Corey Brink and he did an excellent job explaining every stage of the process along with being very courteous and patient. Corey gave me plenty of time on the bike and provided a multitude of adjustments to get all of my measurements in the “green”. The information that the Retul system captured along with Corey’s recommendations have already set a standard for me in seeking out a new bike. My fit geometry alone has reduced my bike manufacturing list by 90% giving me a more targeted search. The Retul experience was well worth the money and I recommend it to anyone who is moderately serious about riding.
Quality products and a well-informed staff. TREK has a terrific lineup of bicycles to meet various cycling needs. The staff listen carefully and don't oversell. They know their stuff!

They took the time to set up the bike to my fit measurements so I could get a great and accurate test ride in. There was zero pressure to buy. They worked with me to find the right parts to order to get the fit perfect when the stock bike wasn’t 100% right for me.
Oh and in addition to the great service my new Speed Concept is an absolute rocket - so fun to ride.
