We were very impressed with the assistance provided by Doug Strathern. We had bike needs for twin ten year olds - boy and girl, very different interests - and their 14 year old brother. We learned a lot about "bikeology" and how to manage the needs and expectations of the kids. We bought three bikes we would never have guessed were the right ones.

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. They treated my very old bike as if it were their own. After the tune-up I didn't recognize my bike. It looked SO good! They even helped me get the bike into my car and it was cold out!
