They took the time to set up the bike to my fit measurements so I could get a great and accurate test ride in. There was zero pressure to buy. They worked with me to find the right parts to order to get the fit perfect when the stock bike wasn’t 100% right for me.
Oh and in addition to the great service my new Speed Concept is an absolute rocket - so fun to ride.

I had a Retul fit a few years ago, and recently started having pain in my right foot. I went back to have them check my fitting. All was good but they recommended new insoles and adjusted the float on my right cleat. On my next ride, I had no more foot pain. So happy that they took the time to listen to my issues and make adjustments.

As usual the mechanics did a great job tuning my Townie and install a new chain, brake cables and pads. Trek remains my first go to for all things bike related.

I like you guys! I’ve bought a few bikes, had a few fits and spill a lot of money in Trek HP. It’s kind of like hanging out in a Porsche dealer.

I came in to purchase a Trek Checkpoint that the Highland Park store said Zion had in stock. As soon as I walked in Niko asked me what he could help with and assisted me from start to finish with the purchase. He was patient with the amount of questions I had and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with him and loved the atmosphere of the store.
