I really appreciated the loaner for my travel that you were able to make happen at the last minute. Face it, things go haywire at the most inopportune times - that's a fact of life that we all have to shoulder. But, it says a lot in regards to your commitment to your customers, that you make the extra effort minimize the customer's hassle so that we can still enjoy our biking experience.

Great experience, got 2 bikes for the grandkids, Caesar and the guys were great.

I felt that I was at an Indy 500 pitstop the way two of the employees jumped on switching out the stem on my bike for a shorter one and adjusting my handlebars. They were so very friendly and efficient. I could not believe I was leaving the shop within 30 minutes with my problem solved. Needless to say I was extremely pleased.

Your employees were friendly and spent time with me to make sure I bought the right bike for me. They were knowledgeable and went out of their way to explain things to me. When I came in, I brought my brother with me. He ended up buying things for his bike- because he also loved the store so much.
