What I really appreciate about this bike shop is their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were able to source an ENVE Melee...even though they didn’t normally carry it...and then complete a custom build using several components I already owned, including my wheelset, rotors, and saddle.

All of this was done while I was 3,000 miles away in California. The communication was exceptional...everything was handled smoothly through email and phone calls and the bike was finished exactly on schedule, ready to ride the day I arrived in Connecticut.

I’ve worked with a lot of bike shops over the years, and this one truly stands out. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. They went the extra mile in every way, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The BEST part of Mystic Cycle Center is SERVICE. I purchased an electric bicycle online since "Bluebird" happened to have an incredible half price sale one weekend. I had the bike shipped to Mystic Cycle Center to be assembled along with all sorts of silly gear like a front delivery basket and a dog basket on the back. They were WONDERFUL putting it together in no time flat. There is a super nice guy behind the counter that is very welcoming and he even opened the door for me once when he saw me ready to enter the store. Even though I felt like a heel not purchasing my bike from them, I am confident knowing they are so close to my home if I need my bike serviced. I would recommend Mystic Cycle Center to anyone looking to purchase or rent a bike as well. When my family visits me from California, my brother who is an avid cyclist rents their bikes for the week. There are no down sides to Mystic Cycle Center. They do it all!

I really like dealing with Mystic Bike Shop. They are very reliable and prompt and always willing to go out of their way to help out. I couldn't get my bike to my house and then back to the shop but they were willing to deliver it and then pick it up. I can only speak highly about them.
