Friendly welcoming atmosphere. I walked in for a minor repair. Efficiently and expertly resolved the issue. Took the time to show me the map of the local mtn bike trails with their preferred routes. Which were spot one!

A few rides after a complete tuneup I had an issue with my rear brakes. Chris had me bring the bike in immediately and personally made sure it was fixed. A few new parts free of charge and a shop jersey as a show of good faith, I'm on the trails again.
