I really like dealing with Mystic Bike Shop. They are very reliable and prompt and always willing to go out of their way to help out. I couldn't get my bike to my house and then back to the shop but they were willing to deliver it and then pick it up. I can only speak highly about them. I rate a 10 because communication was on point during my bike buying process with your shop and Specialized. I got to know your staff a bit more, and was pleased to see how respectful and knowledgeable everyone was. The bike was assembled correctly, and before I knew it, I was out the door with my new bike. All of the staff are good listeners and friendly. I will recommend Mystic Cycle Center to all friends, family, and co workers.
