I needed a new bike seat to replace a very uncomfortable seat on a stationary bike. Caesar was the sales person who helped me out. He was not only very patient listening as I explained my problem but also very knowledgeable about what might work better for me. He spent a lot of time helping me to make a decision. A decision which I am very happy with.

Good selection across a broad number of categories and the people in the shop are delightful. Frequently (I'm in my 60's) people who work in shops like this can be a bit holier than thou. At Mystic, they are skilled pros who are good to talk to.

I was greeted when entering the store. I was looking for the tune-up special on my bike and the bike technician went through my bike and we discussed what it needed. We had a plan and it was executed. I tested outside upon completion and was very pleased.

Had my son's bike tuned up. Spent a few moments to describe the process, looked over the bike & went to work on it. Professional & courteous.

Sales people were super friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and helped me put together a package which will enable me to participate in the T1D charity bicycle ride in Cape Cod this fall.

Caesar took his time to show me each available bike and allowed me to ride around the store. He measured my feet carefully for shoes and set me up with several pairs. I really liked how he set up all the things I needed for my new bike trip. He did an amazing job!

Everyone was so pleasant. And the tech we spoke to was very informative and was willing to teach my son and I on how to repair my son’s tubeless tire. He set us up with the appropriate tools to do our own repair. I recommend for everyone to use their services. Just gained another customer !!

Staff is great!

Owner Chris and the techs are very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything aspect of my repair/service in great detail and walked me through my different options and price points. Keep up the great work guys!!

Attention to the customer. Two employees in particular. Ryann(sp) and Chris. Ryann took an order to Thule items just before closing one evening. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She kept me in the loop as to the order status and tried her best to have it delivered before Christmas. When the Thule Motion 3 rooftop cargo box arrived I went to pick it up. No way was it going to fit in my SUV. Chris was there while I was talking with Ryann and when I mentioned I had to get my trailer, Chris offered to deliver it in his minivan. Besides having to remove the rear seats, he also had to slide his driver's seat forward to allow the rear hatch to close. And since he's a big guy, I don't think he was terribly comfortable. Both employees are definitely keepers! And Mystic Cycle is my new go to place. Now if only you were an authorized Aventon dealer.... Name removed
