MCC has the people, the know-how and the inventory to solve bike problems expediently. Chris Perez has fixed my bike on many occasions and enabled me to get back out on the road when it meant a lot to me. I feel lucky to have access to such competent, accommodating mechanics and staff.

Worked with Chris on the purchase of our first Ebikes, He took plenty of time no matter how busy the store was to work with us and ensure we got the right bikes for us being older new riders. On pick up he again spent a lot of time going over the bikes and fitting us. Everyone in the store was great all willing to pitch in when needed and provide advice and thoughts.

You guys are great -- not only supremely knowledgeable but also friendly. This is not the LBS where everyone knows more than you AND THEY make sure that you KNOW IT. You will knock out a 'quick fix' when you have time, and that means a ton as well.

A few rides after a complete tuneup I had an issue with my rear brakes. Chris had me bring the bike in immediately and personally made sure it was fixed. A few new parts free of charge and a shop jersey as a show of good faith, I'm on the trails again.
