I appreciated the immediate response with the bike I brought in. They threw a new chain on shortly after I walked thru the door. The dude that helped was knowledgeable and professional.
The technicians at Mystic are very knowledgeable. We went in to buy tires and the technician gave the bikes a safety overview and discovered that one of the wheels were out of alignment and needed to be trued up.
The bikes now have new tires and ready to roll again.
I made an appointment and my bike was ready for pickup within 36 hours.

Thank you mystic! Shop had what I was looking for in stock, so we took the drive from pvd RI. Very friendly staff kids, not as snotty as a lot of shop kids can be sometimes, thank you for that. My wife and I both grabbed freshy trail bikes , got em dirty same day, love em. Totally will recommend this shop, and I'll be back myself
