These guys are awesome. While some service (tune-ups or some bigger stuff) can be a little slow, almost every time I have needed an emergency repair to get back on the road, they have done it while I waited. The price always seems to be fair too and I never feel like I am getting upsold.

There is a wide range of merchandise. If they don’t stock it; they will order or recommend an alternative. The service department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Under most circumstances they will address your issues or concerns right away There may be times when the repair is to involved. An appointment can be made which is very reasonable.

I brought my bike in to change over to tubeless set up. I wasn’t expecting the work to be done immediately. They were able to complete the job in a few minutes as I waited. The technician (forgot his name) also gave helpful hints as he worked on the bike. I felt very taken care of and would recommend to anyone.
