My bike broke down on a triathlon. A cable broke. I hobbled across the finish line and brought the bike into MCC the next day. I have a longer triathlon I am training for coming up in a couple of months and was worried that the month long wait to get the bike fixed would affect my training plan. Jake took into consideration my situation and fixed up my broken cable on the spot. I really appreciate the customer service and consideration. I will be coming back.

It was great that the shop wanted to get the bike ready but also encouraged me to come by and pick it up if there were some days to ride prior to my actual date for maintenance. I took advantage of this option and they even called to remind me to bring it back a few days before my scheduled repair date. Thanks!
Always wonderful service , and very helpful
For starters, the guy who helped me find handlebar grips and shift cable for my ancient bike was wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The grips fit just fine, although I wish he'd given me the secret to making them slide on easily (turned out to be dishsoap), and so did the cable, although that repair is turning out to be a little more complicated than I'd figured from watching several YouTube videos. I'm still not done, but I'm confident that, if it proves beyond my pay grade, I can come in and your excellent staff will quickly finish the job.
