The Rockford Bike Shop is awesome! I had a bolt fall out of the rear suspension on my Trek Fuel EXe while I was on vacation in Michigan. I called them and they ordered the part for me from Trek. They had the part in their bike shop for me to pickup within 24 hours so I could get another ride in before I had to head back to New York. Katie and Bob are so friendly and helpful! Bob looked up the tech sheets for my rear suspension on the Trek website and tried to print them out for me. It didn't work but he then took screen shots and texted them to me! This is the best service I have received from a bike shop in Michigan. Thanks!
Did my spoke repair while I waited. Loved that they didn’t make me wait a week to get me back on the road. And their dog Jolene kept me company while I was waiting for my repair to be done.

The bike seat has a trial period. The helmet was fit in shop. The bike lock on order was mindfully fit to the type of bike I have. The service didn't feel rushed. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

He gave me an honest price, and an anticipated schedule. As always, Bob came through, the price was accurate and completed ahead of schedule. I will be return for future work, and bike purchases.
