Late and George went to bat to get parts to put my bike back on the road. Although it took almost 2 weeks to repair, can’t fault them when there was a delay in parts, Kate even found a rim at another dealer and had it shipped in thereby avoiding a longer delay!

They are located right across the street from the trail and were great about letting me try several bikes to make sure I got what I wanted. So much better then buying online or from a shop with only a parking lot to try out your new ride.

Katie and George are always very welcoming, and know their products. We needed replacement parts for a bike rack that was damaged and Katie had the parts ordered before we left the store. The parts came in just a couple of days . We appreciate their service and knowledge and I get my Basset Hound fix when I visit! We recommend to them to all our friends!
