I enjoy the staff and they are always open to answering my questions as I am relatively new to biking. Detailed on the tuneup on my bike and he showed me pictures of components taken apart and inspected.
I wish there were some more women’s options for clothing and smaller containers of anti chafe creams or even packets to try.

Everyone who was working Friday afternoon around 12:30 February 27, greeted me and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had not been to the new store location and went into the shop to see it and perhaps get my husband a birthday gift or two.
RBS has given me high quality service for 15+ years. They take the time to understand my cycling objectives. Whether they building a new custom ordered bike or doing maintenance on an 18 year old road bike I have not been disappointed.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service! I brought my bike in for a tune up and the technician discovered my bottom bracket was in bad condition. It required ordering the replacement part, which I had them do, and they were still able to get the job done and my bike was ready for pickup within a few days. Very pleased with Rockford Bike Shop's service!
Listening to what I was asking for service. Gave clear communication of what they would do with estimate of costs upfront. Delivered and knocked out in 2-3 days as promised. And came in a little under what I expected to pay. Quality repair - tune up and spoke replacement. Also gave good info about issues I might consider down the road - chain wear and wheel condition. Excellent service!

This was the third bike we've purchased from Rockford Bike Shop, second of which for my seven year old. We upgraded from a 16" bike to a 20" bike and couldn't have been more pleased with how we were helped. Great experience, quick and easy, and will return for future purchases as my kids grow.

I haven't had that much experience with Rockford Bike shop, and I haven't ridden my bike yet after getting it tuned up to know how well it rides. But the service was great and the shop had a good variety of stock.
