I was able to park our car for several weeks undercover for the same price for a uber driver. I love the convenience of having my car to drive home after a long trip.

The frequency of the shuttle runs, I feel great coming home knowing it will be just a few minutes for my pick up, the friendliness and help from the drivers is so appreciated as I age it is harder and harder for me to toss my bags around and I have been using the shuttle service for over 16 years, it was blue cloud first but I am ok with the Spot good management.

We no longer have to impose on family and friends to get us to the airport or pick us up! We especially like that we can find a covered parking spot in a secured lot that doesn’t cost us an arm and a leg. The shuttle service has always been quick to get us to the airport, as well as pick us up and take us back to our car. The shuttle drivers are so polite and helpful with our suitcases-plus, we appreciate the ticket we get that has the location of our car, too!

Good location and shuttle services - have to remember that the shuttle picks up
at the departure level.
Could use a large wall diagram showing where the different parking locations are.
We were let off at the office area and got lost looking for area B - perhaps was just
jet lag.

East access, timely pickup and drop off. We’ve used this service many times and never had an issue.

However your app isn’t intuitive. It’s a little clunky. Not easy to apply reward points. It’s as though you don’t want us to use them.
Also, you damaged my bumper. I kept calling. I did talk with a representative but after a couple of conversations and many attempts to follow up, I gave up.
