App is easy to use. The shuttle tracker is accurate. The shuttles are always quick to pick you up from your car. They pull up before I even finish parking! The drivers have all been courteous and professional. Always got me to the airport quickly and safely. The staff that checks you in and out at the entrance have always been welcoming. The periodic sales are great too.

I liked the ease of parking and being immediately picked up by a warm shuttle bus to go to the airport terminal also the driver was very helpful and made sure I knew exactly where I parked so I could find my car on the way home. same with when I came back to Kansas City the warm shuttle bus was waiting for me to return to my car
