Convenience!
The ease of parking, getting to the airport, and the reverse when returning. I find the prices to be fair for the services providec.
Well I was gives “premium” parking this time. That was a nice surprise. Driving to West Spit is si easy too.
They’re usually pretty quick to come pick me up. I’ve only had an issue with TPS once, but that was at IAH. But, at HOU services have been great. I do have some feedback on how they could improve loyalty to the travelers that come and go more frequently, but I’m not sure how open to suggestions TPS is.
Covered parking
Another vacation that was easy to book, offered great prices, and was user-friendly. Thank you.

It makes traveling to and from the airport so easy. The drivers have always been so kind and helpful. We will continue to use The Parking Spot each time we travel.

Convenience to the Unites terminal and easy to find.
Our car wouldn’t start after returning from our long vacation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the names of the employees in the office, but they were very helpful. They provided a portable battery jump starter. Unfortunately, this only worked temporarily. The employees in the office made sure we had water and allowed me and my children to sit in the air conditioning while my husband worked with the tow company.
Covered parking and fast & efficient shuttles to airport.
I can count on my car being safe
It’s hassle free and the shuttle service is timely.
