It is easy to book your spot online. The drivers are prompt in picking you up once you arrive at the Parking area. They are always courteous to us & very helpful with our bags.

Scott is a reliable driver at CLE. He senses when passengers need to get to airport, helps with baggage and is always smiling and in tune with passengers' needs. I wish other drivers were as consistent in their approach to customers. I would otherwise have given a 10 rating.
Car was ready and waiting when we arrived on shuttle at 12 am. Shuttle was at the terminal waiting when we got off flight. All staff was friendly and helpful at both drop off and pickup. Has waters for all 4 passengers in car waiting for our drive home.

I have used the Parking Spot 3 at Lambert in St. Louis several times. EVERY time everything goes very smoothly. The people you have driving are very kind and respectful and helpful! There are always busses available for pickup and dropoffs. I arrived on Thursday afternoon and I know it can typically be busy with business travel and the gentleman picking me up was friendly, happy and very helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH for providing safe parking with helpful employees!

You always pick us up very quickly when we arrive at the Parking Spot2. It's always a quick and easy drop off process at the airport. The pickup from the airport has become a little crazy, but once on the shuttle, it's a great ride back to my car. The drivers are always friendly and helpful with the bags. It's an easy entry and exit process. We use the Parking Spot2 whenever we travel domestic. We have never had a problem. It's always a great experience.

It was super easy to get in and out. The buses dropped me off at my car and gave me a ticket to remember where I parked. I didn't need to call anyone, and the app works great.
