Free car wash upon leaving the lot is helpful. Proximity of the lot to the terminal is helpful. The attention and timeliness of the shuttles worked well for us.

What do you like about our services?

I normally prefer the North lot since the South lot is at the opposite end of DFW. I was glad the South lot could accommodate me during a crowded weekend.
Since I flew Delta the South lot was very convenient for terminal access to D gates but the drive was considerably longer.
Same great service, easy in and easy out.

The van picked me up quickly after I parked my car at the parking spot south location. Also, the wait at DFW airport was minimal for the van to pick me up.
