Convenience

We pay for Premium service but don't always get it. We were picked up at Terminal C?I think and we were the only ones on the bus. The driver said he needed to go to Terminal A to pick up someone and we got over there and no one was there. Thought we were supposed to be taken straight back to the parking spot.

Convenient, reasonable prices, great discounts, and safety. Great drivers, Edgar & Edwin accommodated my disabled spouse with drop off at Southwest Skycap check in wheelchair location and assisted us with our luggage.

Efficiency

Convenient. Very close to the terminal. The shuttle is so timely…they pick you up as soon as you unload the car and are at the curb when you exit the baggage claim area. The drivers are very friendly and a great help with the luggage. We don’t have to drag our bags through a parking lot. Door to door service is great.

Staff is on duty to support your entry and exit. I could not locate my keys and they circled back until I found then (in my luggage). I never felt alone.

Just the ease of not worrying about airport parking or where I have to go with everything under construction. Everyone was very friendly & helpful as well!

What I like is the security of my vehicle, the price, and the speed with which the shuttle gets me to the airport (sometimes it's a little pokey though in the early morning) and picks me up from the airport. The staff is great. Recently, one of my car windows was mysteriously part open after I parked (still not sure how that happened) and I returned to a car where that window was sealed up with a plastic barrier put on by the Parking Spot staff. I will forever love them for that. I have used The Parking Spot exclusively for years and recommend them to everyone. SO much better than airport parking.

Friendly staff and great prices on parking

Easy access going in and out, located by the airport.

It's very convenient to be able to just go park your car going your flight come back get in your car and drive home but it is a little expensive I paid $200 for 6 days

The self service parking, check in, and check out was very convenient. And the shuttle drivers were great, they picked us up and dropped us off right where we parked
