How easy it was to part and was taken directly to airport and when I returned

Was easy to park and get to airport

I find it very convinient to use the Cnetury location and the shuttles always seem to run on time. The only change I would make, is that I'm sure there are people like me who travel for long periods at a time ie; 2 to 3 weeks or more. For folks like me and to the others, why not throw in a basic car wash. I alwyas use valet and I always pre-pay. I choose not to pay for any of the carwash options as a basic free should be included. My truck was super dustly this last time.

I like the location of The Parking Spot 3. It is straight across from the airport, so we get back from a trip, it does not take long at all to get back to the car to head for home. I also like how the bus picks us up and drops us off, never any issues with this. The drivers are always friendly and professional. On our last trip, we were delayed by a day. No worries. We just swiped our credit card at the exit to pay the extra charge and were on our way. Received a receipt via email the next day.

Good customer service

Everything is always easy and stress free there. The drivers are always there ready to load us up and get us to the airport quickly. And they're very friendly too. Vehicle is safe and covered.

I like that you pick me up at my car and drop me off at my car. One thing I would improve on is signage at the airport for vehicle 2 pick up. I like the closest to the airport and ease of finding a spot to park. I like pre-registering and reserving my spot and that I don’t have to pay upfront.

Convenient, quick and safe. My only small complaint is the air conditioner drips on the seat in every bus. If you get stuck in that seat you need a change of shirt
