I use the Parking Spot on a regular basis; it is very convenient and the drivers are always prompt and professional. My only complaint is that it is getting as expensive to park at the Parking Spot as it is to park in airport parking. There used to be a significant difference, not anymore.

Staff was great
I can't remember his name but the driver who I rode with from the airport was very kind and gave a quote of the day. He genuinely seemed to love his job and getting to connect with people. When I went to reach for my carry on suitcase, he told me no, and when I tried to tip him, he also told me no.
As a note: I didn't realize the shuttle pickup location had move to W1 and that it was all the way over on the other side. I don't travel as much anymore and it would have been nice to know where the pick up location would have been compared to where it was before (what I believe is now the drop off location on the northside).

The app is great. It makes reservations easy. It makes entry easy. It makes tips easy. Your efficiency is really good. Normally you all are great with picking us up at your parking lot. The last time we had to wait a long time. I tried to share that, but I did not find a way to do it. That was our first disappointment. We believe you are very good at picking us up at the airport.
