We like the location from the parking lot to the airport. The drivers are always friendly and willing to help with luggage. The parking of the car is a little more difficult than before with the metal beams taking up more space than we would like, it doesn't give the car much space on each side, but it is what it is. Easy in; easy out. The driver of the shuttle handled my bags....even put them in my trunk for me (I'm 78 years old). The app is super easy to use. I looked at it when I exited the airport and could tell right when the shuttle was arriving!
