I like very much parking at The Parking Spot.

Convenient location

Super easy. Quick pickup and
drive to the airport and always a van there when we get out of the airport.

Everyone there does a great job. Fast, friendly, and I definitely feel my vehicle is safe.

Quick pick-up and drop-off, always friendly.

Easy and efficient

Convenience driver was great

I LOVE The Parking Spot! Great location, prompt pick up and drop off, and reasonable prices. I feel safe when dropping off my car for sure.

Was great

Easy to use website
Friendly and courteous drivers
Competitive prices when booking in advance.
Well-marked parking lot
Free water bottle on exit very nice touch

Need to run more frequent shuttles.
Arriving last Saturday, we had to wait for 3 buses to clear all of the passengers

Easy and quick pickup on return.

Easy to book a spot
Usually a live person onsite when entering.
Pick-up at the airport is easy to find
Buses are comfortable and enough to handle high traffic times.

Gghh

It's easy to use, the drivers are always kind and always near by when arriving, etc. The gate attendant is very helpful, it's just a good secure place to park while accessing DFW Airport

Friendly Staff! And very easy access to interstate.

Covered parking. Reasonable price. Dependable shuttle service

Fast

Convenient, cost effective and friendly personnel.

Easy and safe. But the one thing I didn’t like was the bus that picked us up when we got back home had no air conditioning and it was to hot on the bus. But everything else was good and I will use your service again.

Prompt door to door service. We have used this service several times and always had a positive experience.

As I say on a weekly basis, it the Employees

Suttle drivers are top notch.....love covered parking...

How easy the whole process is.

We had an issue.

Dylan called us personally and took care of it.

I so appreciate his call.

Thank you for going above and beyond to hear our concerns.

Fast and easy to covered parking. Had to wait only a few mins for the van to the airport. Driver was polite and carried my luggage onboard and off.

Minimal wait for van back to my car. Again, driver was polite and took care of my bags.

Will definitely book again.

Efficient, friendly service. Convenient.

The Will Clayton Parking Spot #1 is convenient for me, but I sure have to wait a LONG time for a bus to pick me up at the terminal. I see multiple JFK and Will Clayton Spot #2 buses a lot more frequently while waiting at Terminal C. I also don't like that you have your bus make it's last stop at Terminal E before returning to the parking lot.

Last time we took the park and fly my husband had surgery on his arm and wasn’t able to lift the suitcases and the driver was sooo helpful in getting them into our van ! We were so thankful ! Great service all around
