Everyone was efficient and friendly. Even though I parked in the wrong row, the driver looked for me and was very gracious and friendly. She suggested I take a picture of my ticket which was a good thing. The man who picked me up at the airport was equally friendly and courteous and both were helpful with my luggage. Even though it is a little further from the airport than the North parking lot (which is also very good), I had a great experience and the price was better so that's good too!

All good, except had an fortunate incident on 10/14/25 at LAX, wherein the shuttle driver picked up a customer who was not only smoking marijuana, but had a lit joint in his hand. Therefore, the bus reeked of marijuana and I am sure we all got high from the 2nd hand smoke, including the driver. The driver should not have allowed the customer onto the shuttle bus with a lit joint in his hand.
They were all very friendly, and quick to pick up both at your parking spot and at the airport!! They also do an amazing job of making sure you don’t forget to either take a picture of where you parked or give you a card to write it on!! Also helpful with luggage!!

We had been gone for weeks and lost our ticket to get our car. The driver not only helped us find it, but also made sure the car worked before we left. This is what humanity and good customer service looks like. And we seriously need more people like him. I will definitely be booking here since I now know that not only is my car safe, but I'm safe when parking my car at the parking spot.
Everything is easy and convenient; reservation, access, assistance with entry and direction to parking, speed of shuttle pickup and drop off, exiting and billing. Friendly and helpful staff is also a big plus.

The shuttle drivers are efficient, friendly and reliable. They also take care of lifting your luggage into and off the shuttle. On our return trip the driver put our bags in the car.
Using this parking was simple and easier than trying to find a spot in the on site parking at SLC.
