Quick pick up, delivery, and helpful attendants.
All employees are friendly, helpful, and focused on customer service.
Easy to find and didn't wait long for the shuttle. Definitely would use The Parking Spot Again!
Close to airport. Good service
Easy in and out
Quick easy to use and fast pick up
Our car was safe. Friendly, helpful drivers. Our wait at the airport was minimal.
We love how close it is to the airport and the quick pick ups to get us to the airport. What is not good, is when we arrive at the airport (PHX) and the app shuttle locator does not work. Then I have to call to get the shuttle if it is off hours. This has happened to me in May and August this year. Get your app to work, getting a message that states "Locations, We couldn't find..." is not a confidence builder.
I like that I do not have to wait too long for a shuttle when I return from a trip. The driver's are always nice an helpful too.
Reasonable, convenient, great shuttle service.
Quick pickup
Shuttle service was great and drivers were quick to get my luggage loaded on the shuttle. Rates were good.
Pick up at our car, drop off at our car. Option of covered parking. Prices are fair when you get a coupon or code which are often offered.
Convenient to the airport
The convenience of the location off I-285 and having my car be safe while I travel.
Help with bags and economical price over uber.
Very organized services, fast, convenient for how close is to the airport, and my car have always been in good hands.
Employees are helpful and very nice. it's so easy to reserve online and scan in/out.
Physical location of #1
App while using very friendly
Always a pleasure, from arrival to drop off, even my usual Late Night pick-ups.
GREAT STAFF !! Keep it up !!!
Thanks !
Dependability and kind people working there.
Location / app makes booking, entering, tracking, paying super easy / shuttle to terminals are great / shuttle drivers very professional and friendly. The ONLY way to navigate long term parking for LAX!
It was really easy, convenient and fast. Thanks for the good service.
Great service. Exactly as advertised. Helpful and timely staff.
The workers there are very helpful and respectful.
Quick pick up and drop off with friendly drivers.
Excellent friendly service!
Was fast and convenient to do the self park. The driver’s of the shuttle were friendly and helpful.
Premium drop-off and pick-up, except it seems everyone is purchasing that service, so it is no longer a premium.
Consistent shuttle service, generally there is minimal wait for pickup. I feel the lot is secure unlike my experience parking at a terminal
