Fast, friendly early morning pick up in the lot. The bus has actually been waiting at Door 4 at BDL on my last 3 flight returns. The drivers are incredible in every way. I'm using the express checkout via the app now but I am noticing folks having A LOT of trouble trying to exit with their cards at the gate.

What do you like about our services?

I like how safe and secure my car was. I just don’t like the size of the parking spots themselves. They’re a tight fit. Other than that, no complaints.

It was service that I expected and received.

You guys were swamped on Sunday. I felt bad for the driver. He had to tell 30 other people there was another van coming. Then someone in the group said, "That van is at the garage!" Sometimes the app is the worst thing to have - lol.

Covered parking with plenty of clearance. I have a lifted truck and it is sometimes hard to find parking. Your location has very high clearance for larger vehicles and I really love that.
