I like the idea that the shuttle comes to you right away when you arrive. The last time I was there it was quite a while before the shuttle arrived. It was 4:30 am and I was uncomfortable standing out there for a good while. Other travelers finally showed up so we all stood together and waited.

I shared with the driver when I was headed back from trip that I had a torn rotator cuff and some herniated discs. Not only did he insist on carrying everything, when he dropped me off, he came back around to ensure that I had gotten on the road. That's going the extra mile. I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff are all amazing!!

The Parking Spot 2 was very convenient for our travel. We felt confident to leave our vehicle in their care. The place was well lit. The attendant at the gate was very nice and very helpful. Will be using this parking spot place in the near future.

Parking at The Parking Spot is so nice. The staff are friendly and so helpful. I have back issues, so the fact that the drivers will lift my suitcase in and out of the shuttle is so great.

The staff is the best, especially the van drivers. Courteous and helpful to seniors in supporting their travel to and from the airport. The prices are in line with the parking rates, but having the AAA discount is a blessing.
