When you book early, you get a good rate. When you park, the bus drivers picks you up immediately and provides your location, so it is easy to find when you arrive back. It is very convenient to park and get to the gate. All the bus drivers are really friendly.

The Parking Spot is our go-to option for parking at Chicago Midway. The lot is close, clean, and secure. The shuttle bus drivers are friendly, helpful, and get you to the airport quickly and safely. We will continue to use The Parking Spot for all of our airport parking. Our kids love it too... they say the signage looks like Swiss cheese. We love the "cheese bus."

I did have one problem. For some reason, when I exited and scanned my QR code, it was accepted but the gate would not open and I had to start over and use my credit card. I tried several times to get it to work and all of this took quite a bit of time. However, the employee who had just gone into the booth where I was never offered to help me even though there was no other customer there. She had to have seen that I was having trouble since she passed right in front of me and the gate had never opened.
Everything else was great but I do wish this location offered car washes.

I do like the shuttle and curbside service, however, when I saw that parking in the Midway lot was cheaper, I thought about parking there instead. I'll need to do some research as to why park with you if Midway is cheaper.

Parking Spot is easy to book online reservations. I know when I come back to Phoenix, PS shuttle is there within a few minutes. PS is very convenient to use.
