Cars are secure. Get picked up quickly after you park. Pretty good timing for getting picked back up after trip too.
We can plan ahead, there is usually a discount (wish there were better coupons) and a shuttle has been so much easier to get at the parking lot and airport…in the past we had to wait

Fast and easy. reliable.
The service was fast and friendly. We pulled into our spot and the bus was right behind us to pick us up! Coming back the bus was there within 5 minutes to take us back to our car. It was almost like having your own personal chauffeur!
We quickly found a parking spot and immediately noticed a van approaching to take us over the Terminal 2. Fast return also, quick process to pay on the way out too.

Because of their great service I just recently used them and my child left her phone in the vehicle the driver heard are conversation and after he dropped off other passengers he took us back to the lot so we could retrieve it no questions asked wish I would have gotten the gentleman name

Great service from parking to getting picked up by the shuttle. The return shuttle from the airport was there waiting as well.
The customer service was excellent from entry to exit and the pickup from the airport was amazing. I did not have to wait very long for a shuttle even though my flight came in at midnight.

Easy purchase online with very clear instructions on how to use during arrival and departure. First time users at Park N Fly and was leery at first. I did have an instance where I got a OnStar notification while on our vacation and I called the phone number on the card that the shuttle driver gave us with the parking isle and space number. When they answered they stated that they would go and check the space that our truck was in. While I was on the call with them they sent someone to check on our truck and they told me the truck had no damage to it. They also checked to see if the doors were locked and they were. I asked them to call me back in the morning to confirm all was good with our truck in the daylight and they did so. We were so relieved to have this reassurance that the truck was fine. When we returned after our vacation, we were so happy to see our truck in the same condition as we left it. Thank you Park N Fly team for keeping everything safe. We will certainly return on our next planned vacation.
