There is always an attendant available to assist with entry and to direct us to parking. The drivers are prompt in picking us up, helpful in loading our bags, providing a card with our car’s location, and quickly get us to the correct terminal. It is very stress-free!

The location, the ease of pulling in and being directed to the parking area, the quickness of the shuttle to show up to take you to the airport. And on your return the wait is usually only minutes for the shuttle to take you back to your car. We’ve been using this facility for 20 years! And we will continue every time we fly out of Midway.

Like to be able to book ahead, and now- easy in, easy out. Would have not said that a couple of months ago, when we had a hard time with the scanner reading the phone, both going in and going out. Seems to be fixed. Quick pick up at airport, don’t even need to call. Drivers have always been courteous and helpful with luggage.

It was convenient that we were dropped off right at our vehicle and didn't have to remember what station we needed to be dropped off at. We also appreciated the bottled water when we left.
