The Parking Spot North in Philadelphia is a great location, and the process is super smooth and I enjoy parking there. It easy to access i76 when I'm leaving to get home. The drivers are nice and the attendants at the gate are super friendly.

The ease of your service. I love the covered parking. There is always an attendant you can ask questions to. The pickup service is very timely. The busses are clean and the driver is very helpful. I would not choose any other parking service.

Drop off was a bit confusing. I dont have the app and the info on back of the ticket was lacking. i was standing in a green area...but not the right green area.
perhaps some additional information on the back of the ticket would be helpful to indicate pickup is at the opposite end from of the luggage-pickup.
