Quick and easy
I love the proximity, security, and ease of access to one's vehicle for travellers using the Buffalo Niagara airport.
Ease of booking online through the app, ease of drive-in. Finding parking spot being picked up immediately and then ease of catching shuttle right back to drop off at your car. That is great customer service, and an overall quality price.
