We parked in handicap and it took the driver over 20 minutes to pick us up. As well on way back- I lost my voice and didn’t have “the card” and driver was very impatient with me even though I pointed to where my car was- he didn’t stop. I ended up getting off next stop and walking with my handicap 7 yr daughter back to our car
