I love everything about Parking Spot. Especially, the shuttle drivers. They are always super kind and helpful. My only complaint is that it is hard to find the pickup point once you get out of the terminal. I wish there were easy to follow signs.

The ease was important to me. Drivers were all courteous and polite. Leaving was easy at the end of my trip. The attendant offered me a free bottle of water. I was tired and thirsty and it was so kind. Will for sure use The Parking Spot again!!

I have been using your facility for many years it is always a pleasure to have my luggage picked up and dropped off at my car and to be picked up at the airport terminal door without having to deal with traffic and search endlessly for a place to park. In addition your rates are very reasonable

I have never had to wait more than just a few minutes to get a ride from the airport back to my car, and I have never had to wait when I'm going to the airport. The shuttle is usually there waiting for me to get my luggage out of my car.
