Convenient! We usually need to find a friend to take us to the airport. With Parking Spot services we feel comfortable parking off-site and catching the bus. We don't have to search the parking lot or garage to find our car.

My battery was dead after I got back from a trip, a shuttle driver showed right up with a jumper box and got me started! Great service!

What do you like about our services?

East is smaller than the West parking spot which means significantly less time waiting for a shuttle to pick you up and less time checking out. East really hustles to earn my business. I love it there. San Antonio's Security Parking used to be my favorite but now it's Austin's East Parking Spot.

I can reserve on line last minute and still get a spot for my husband who travels a lot. He likes the covered parking and service at the vehicle.

Parking Spot will always be my go-to for parking needs. Coincidently, Eric S picked me up going and coming back. He was very pleasant and hospitable and made what is normally a stressful time very enjoyable. You guys have a gem in having him as a driver. Well done!
