I like the on-line reservation system. There was a large crowd waiting to be picked up and there were multiple buses. The wait wasn't long.
I love that is conveniently located, the shuttle picks me up within a couple minutes of arriving, and drops me off at the entrance of airport. I feel confident that my car will be safe and sound in - covered and secure location.

You make the commute to and from the airport very easy and stress free. Drivers are awesome help - in my years of using Parking Spot, only one driver was less than friendly, but he did his job.
I like the friendliness of the staff and willingness to assist with my luggage. There does need to be improvement with pick up from the parking lot in a timely manner.
Fast and efficient every time we use this service. The shuttle drivers are helpful and friendly. Always insure to help us load and unload our bags, and make sure to provide us with our car parking location as soon as we board the shuttle. There is always plenty of parking spaces, and the shuttles are always there to pick us up at our car, and when we arrive from our flights, we never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this service. Also, their rewards program gives us a discounted parking price, as well as, offer us a discount with our AAA club membership too!
