Everything was great. I booked my parking online, used the scanner at entry, the bus shuttle was readily available and very smooth process. On return, again the shuttle was there in 2 minutes from my arrival and same easy check out. Excellent service
Great service and feel my vehicle is safe while traveling.
You always have a place to park, and the shuttles run at decent intervals. All your shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is have some covered parking.

Track the bus when you arrive back to the airport / to be picked up and taken back to your car.

The shuttle drivers are always great. We rarely wait more than a couple minutes when leaving the facility or being picked up upon return. The facility is normally clean and feels safe despite the neighborhood. It's well lit and everyone we've encountered has been helpful and friendly.
