I love how quick and convenient the Parking Spot is! I don't have to circle around hoping to find an empty spot. The attendant tells me exactly where to go. The driver is never more than 5 minutes from picking me up. And everyone is always so kind and friendly!
Short wait time to be picked up. It is difficult to cross 3 lanes of traffic from the toll road to get to you.

An area of improvement… the shuttle busses with the exception of maybe one, will rattle you to death. The windows shake violently, it’s extremely loud in there and very unpleasant. I have rode in many of the shuttle busses over the last few years and that always seams to be the case. In watching the windows rattle, I noticed that sealing rubber gaskets would make a big improvement between the glass and the aluminum frames. A lot of noise also comes from the air conditioning units. One driver said they get the left over shuttles from one of the other parking locations and are well aware. I’m not one to complain, but honestly when you get picked up at 10 or 11 pm the last thing you want is to go through what sounds like a gun fight in the back of these shuttles. Please take a ride in the back of a few of them and realize what I am saying is not an exaggeration.

It has covered parking, someone is there to help with the check-in and out. It is also convenient, right off of the highway. Van drivers are always nice and helpful.
