I mostly park there from habit, because I used to park at USAirport Parking, which is now owned by Parking Spot.

The day I arrived, the changeover was happening and everything was very disorganized. Nobody came to pick me up. I had to walk to the office, and the poor man there was at wits end, because nothing was going right. He was very apologetic and got right on the radio and made sure someone came to get me, which was very good of him.

You drop us right at our car and we don't need to walk. You usually pick up quickly at the airport. When leaving from the parking lot, pick up is very organized. Workers are pleasant. Some are more helpful than others in helping us lift our luggage. Check out is easy. Website is easy.
