Very efficiently run from entering the facility, being picked up at my vehicle by the driver, delivery to my departure terminal and the same efficiency upon my return.

The only problem I had, which was quite frustrating, is how to tip my driver on the App. I told him I would tip him on the App. as did the customer dropped off just before me and then could not figure out how. I Could not find instructions or a way to contact someone for assistance. I tried again the next day.
I felt bad and don't why that part was not so easy and straight forward as the rest.

I will use The Parking Spot again however, I will ask the driver how to tip them.

Quick pickup time

Friendly drivers and thrilled you got new vans. The previous vans needed shocks. All the passengers bounced up and down during the ride.

When delivering passengers to their car, please have the drivers announce the make and model of the car as opposed to the stall number. I can’t remember my stall number and I shouldn’t have to try to see the cars at every stop to determine which one is mine.

Our driver on one trip was Tariq but I don't know the name of the second driver. At any rate, both drivers were friendly, efficient and professional. And the pick up time was quick.
