Very efficient reservation, check-in and check-out system. Appreciate the shuttles but wish they were more timely/frequent. In a few cases, you wait an extended amount of time only to face a completely full shuttle with no room. The extended wait for the next shuttle is a drag, especially when you're coming home and exhausted from travel. I do appreciate the cold, bottled water at check out. Thank you

You have improved the frequency of shuttle pick ups. The wait time at the curb has dropped. This is very much appreciated and a highly visible and important factor for customer satisfaction.

Close to airport, right across the street from airport parking, considerably cheaper than airport parking. Bus prompt in picking us up to catch our flight and arriving at airport to bring us back to car for exit..

I went to the wrong parking garage and the nice lady helped me park there anyway since I already had reservations. The driver was immediately at our truck just as we got out of our vehicle. And driver also dropped us off right by our truck. We are elderly, and service was excellent.

Furthermore, the overall experience at The Parking Spot displayed an exemplary level of customer care.
