Reliability
Your care for travelers. Your readiness efforts to get travelers in and out of the airport
Easy travel!
It was easy, and the shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful; plus, the parking fee was affordable.
Easy to navigate all instructions. Timely shuttle availability. Friendly shuttle driver.
Efficient
Good value and the shuttle came fast to take us to the terminal!
Convenient and excellent service. Need one at IAD.
Everything went very smoothly.
Convenient
Have been very pleased with the parking spot! Especially the covered parking has been very convenient.
I get to and from MCO easily.
Always reliable. The bus comes very regularly and the drivers are friendly/helpful.
Consistently friendly staff and always great service. Great option to have as our airport continues to grow!
Easy, convenient and very well priced. Our go to parking lot when traveling out of Columbus.
The drivers were so kind and helpful and service was quick!
I like the covered parking so I don't have to worry about weather affecting my car. There is a van usually waiting to drop off at the airport. The only negative is if you travel from Terminal 1 you do need to call for pick-up when you return.
Prompt service and drivers are always very helpful and courteous
WE HAVE USED PARKING SPOT MULTIPLE TIMES AND EACH TIME IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. FROM THE EASE OF BOOKING A RESERVATION, TO BEING PICKED UP RIGHT AT YOUR VEHICLE, HELP PUTTING LUGGAGE IN THE VAN, DROPPING OFF RIGHT AT THE DOORS OF THE AIRPORT, TO BEING PICKED UP AT THE AIRPORT LOCATION AND DROPPED OFF RIGHT AT OUR VEHICLE, EVERYTHING IS GREAT.
NOT SURE I WOULD SPEND THE EXTRA $$ FOR PREMIUM PARKING AGAIN BECAUSE IT REALLY DIDN'T MAKE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE.
Fast pickup and friendly drivers
Service from Antwon when I checked in was excellent!
Quick and easy
Ease of booking. Safety of parking area.
The gentleman driver on Saturday morning at 9:30 am was fantastic!

It was a pleasure tipping him!!!!
Yes, tip your drivers when they take care of your bags!
Quick pickup, ease of reservation. Close to airport.
