Always quick to pick up going and coming to airport. The guy that picked us up from the airport last Friday was the best we had had. So friendly and wouldn’t let us help with suitcases. I have had a few that let’s you do most of the work but do get it if your doing that all day. I wished we had wrote down our drivers name.

Getting us to the airport
Use of the BUF lot was easy - prebooking (paying), arriving in and back with no problem, and a bottle of water at the end was great. An idea would be to have a designated pillar or spot where the bus can be waited for at BUF arrivals. I just missed a bus when I got there (at the main intersection) and had no idea where to wait for the next bus. I eventually asked an officer, and I went to the left. See if you can leave one of your distinctive logos on a signpost somewhere. The driver also seemed to need a ticket when I had mine memorized (C-101), and so he made up a new ticket for me. Another couple on the bus said they had to root through their luggage for the ticket (so they felt a bit stressed by this requirement that I got off on).

I like that using The Spot guarantees that I get to the airport on time. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. They always help me put my suitcases on the van, and they help me take them off the van as well.
I like the proximity to the airport and ease of getting to and from location with the many buses.
