I like the fact that my car is gated in and that you have to have a scan code to get out. I also appreciate the bus drivers who are always kind and helpful when picking up and dropping off

I like the convenience and the drivers have always been helpful. Though I may start parking at the will Clayton lot bec use there seem to be triple the busses that come to the pick up area at the terminals. The jfk busses always have me waiting out there for a good half hour. In that time I will see 5 of the other lot busses.
