I use the Parking Spot every time I travel for several days out of the Atlanta airport. They are punctual, polite, and professional. I love that it is incredibly quick process to grab my bags from luggage claim and walk over to the pick up point! Usually I am picked up pretty quickly! One time the shuttle filled up quickly but another one came pretty fast so even then it wasn’t long. The drivers are friendly. It’s a little long of a drive from the airport so I always make sure I account for that and it’s fine. I also get picked up quick on my departures which I love! It’s a bit confusing with too locations and now the option to get picked up at car or walk to the shelter to get picked up but it all works out

I now make reservations for my spot, but whether its reserve or just pop up I always have a parking space and using the QR code to check in and out when you make a reservation is the way to go!!!! They never run out of parking spaces, and the shuttle picks you up right on your row and gets you to your airline space at passenger drop off with ease.

Great price for airport parking and easy to book and easy to get in and out. Also everyone I've dealt with at the parking spot has always been courteous and helpful.

Upon our return our pickup was super quick and efficient. When we left, we were in the covered parking and it didn't run as smoothly. Quite a few people waiting for about 10 minutes not sure if the shuttle knew where to find us even though we all followed signs and the directions from the assistant
