Onr bus left sorta full

Shortly after another bus came picked up one passenger and immediately left.

Meanwhile three groups were coming to the 4F pick-up area

We had to wait in the cold for almost 20 minutes for the first bus to unload pick up passengers and return

All while watching the bus non-movement of the second bus ...Disappointing !

Suggestion - Have the bus driver's use their radios to coordinate their departures so that each bus is at the opposite area (or at least enroute).

Marked improvement from last Dec to May 2026. Timely shuttles. Extremely personable drivers. Happy I stayed with you. (almost left after my Dec experience)

The drivers are always so pleasant. I never have to wait very long at the pickup area and it is so easy to track the next cheese bus (our daughter's description) that is headed to pick us up. Reservations are easy through the app. I love the rewards are automatically calculated and easy to apply to a future reservation.

We got in late to Orlando (After 1am) the van was there waiting for us after we got our luggage.

Instant pickup at both ends. Courteous drivers that help with bags. Location so close to terminal. There's always a van waiting at the baggage area, short distance to roll bags. You guys are pros at the business. Rates are lower at Bradley too.
You should make a long term discount, because I want to leave it there for 5 weeks, but it costs more than an Uber, so I'll have to use an Uber when I go for long trips.
