I was telling my wife Thursday, after the driver left us off at our vehicle and the attendant offered us water when leaving, I've never encountered anyone at Spot Parking, Buffalo who wasn't friendly and helpful! (And we fly in and out at all hours of the day)Great staff!

It was easy to park and ride to the Buffalo airport. I wish the markings at the airport were better marked, I did have to ask several people where the pickup area was.
