Convenient
Great discounts, user friendly app, and so easy to park and quickly get to the airport.
Close to the airport, but parking is expensive for extended stays.
Speed. I pull up and scan my code and the attendant tells me where to park. In the 6 or 7 times I've used The Parking Spot, I think one time I had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the shuttle once. And then I'm taken to the airport and dropped off, just like that. And I've never waited more than 10 minutes for pickups, either (which is vital when it is the winter).
One time, my flight was ridiculously delayed and I got in at 4am. I placed a call to the shuttle since I think it stops running regularly around midnight. The shutle was there to pick me up to take me to my car just 5 minutes later.
